The brutal murder of a businessman, who was attacked as he lay in bed with his spouse, stemmed from a feud in between water fountain businesses, a Sydney jury has been instructed. Prosecutor Chris Maxwell, QC, alleged that Dirk Marten Slotboom compensated $thirty,000 for his organization rival, and former worker, Richard Carruthers to be harmed .
